How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Estimated US transit is 14–20 business days after dispatch. Please plan for both processing and transit before a trip.
Can I return my order?
Eligible unused items with tags and original packaging can be requested for return within 30 days of receipt. Sale items are eligible under the same conditions, and we cover eligible return shipping, including ordinary change-of-mind returns. Contact info@solacestraw.com before sending anything back. Do the hats have a tested UPF rating?
A wide brim alone does not establish a UPF rating. We do not present an untested rating as a product feature.
